Return & Refund Policy

Returns

  • Our return policy allows for a 14-day window for returns.
  • Regrettably, if more than 14 days have elapsed since your purchase was delivered, we are unable to provide a refund or exchange.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
  • Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
  • We will arrange the return of the item free of charge for South African locations only.
  • Note that we only offer one free return, if there is a request for a second return for the same order, you may be charged a delivery fee.
  • Note that we do not offer returns or exchanges for International orders.
  • Depending on your location, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
  • We do not accept returns on undergarments, masks, perfumes and/or items of a sensitive nature.


Refunds (if applicable)

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Should your return be approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, refund time can vary depending on the method of payment used however it usually takes 3-10 working days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

  • Please note that all refunds will be processed via the original method of payment.
  • Refunds can take 3-10 working days. If you have not received your refund after this time, please contact us at support@subwear.co.za


    Exchanges (if applicable)

    • We will gladly exchange an item for you provided we have the item and size available.
    • Exchanges will be delivered to the original shipping address unless advised otherwise.

    Store Credit

    • Please note that you can choose a store credit when returning your purchase. The store credit will be sent in the form of a gift card. Note that this gift card does not expire.
    • If you wish to cancel your gift card and redeem your refund please contact us at support@subwear.co.za

    Damaged/ Defective items

    • If you have received an item which you believe is damaged, or if a product demonstrates qualities of being defective, contact us at support@subwear.co.za
    • Note that every product returned will be carefully inspected and possibly sent back to the supplier for an inspection.
    • If an item is deemed defective we will gladly process a refund, exchange or store credit.

    Incorrect Items

    • If you have received an item which you did not order, or an incorrect size, please contact us at support@subwear.co.za or you can log a return here

    Gifts

    • If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return.
    • Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
    • If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
