Step 1

FIND YOUR MERCH!

Either navigate to the product category through the navigation menu or use the search bar to search for your product.

You can find the search bar by clicking the word “Search” on desktop devices or the search icon on mobile devices located on the navigation bar at thetop of every page.

Step 2

ADD TO YOUR CART!

When you’ve found that great pair of jeans or that perfect fit t-shirt, pick your size and add the items to your cart by clicking on the “Add to Cart” button located on the same page. The cart will slide out from the right showing all the items currently in your cart. From here you can click on the “proceed to Checkout” button to prepare for checkout.

You can also access your cart from any page, simply click on the cart icon located at the top of the page on the navigation bar.

Step 3

REMOVING ITEMS

Picked the wrong item? No worries!

Here’s how to remove the item.

Click on the cart icon and then click on the trash can icon underneath the item you would like to remove from your cart

Step 4

CART PAGE

To get to your cart page simply click on the cart icons and then click on “Proceed to Checkout” if you haven’t done so already.From here you can view your full cart inventory, remove items or increase the quantity.

Your cart total is also displayed here. To continue to payment options, click on the “Checkout” button.

Step 5

CUSTOMER INFORMATION

Provide us with your shipping address so we can easily and quickly deliver your parcel.

Click on “Shipping Method” to continue.

Step 6

SHIPPING METHOD

If your order is above R500,delivery is free of charge and the “Free Shipping” Option will be available for you to select.

If your order is below R500, delivery is charged at a flat rate of R80. The “Standard Shipping” will be the only option available to select.

Step 7

PAYMENT METHODS

Select payment method and click ‘Complete Order’.

Our payment method options available:

  • Payflex

    Apply for credit with 4 equal interest free payments

  • PayJustNow

    Apply for credit with 3 equal payments with Zero interest! Select PayJustNow & click "Complete Order" and you’ll be redirected to PayJustNow’s page to complete your purchase.

  • Visa Checkout

    Shop online without the need to re-enter your card details. With Visa Checkout you can quickly switch between card accounts and shipping addresses registered in Visa Checkout by simply entering a username and password, protected by Visa.

  • Masterpass

    Make payments faster by storing all of your payment information in one secure location.

  • Snapscan

    Make a secure automated payment using the SnapScan app. Once payment is successfully completed your order can be dispatched.

  • EFT

    EFT

    Use this option to pay for your SUBWEAR order by EFT.

    If you would like to pay via Credit / Debit Card, select the PayGate or the PayFast options above.

    The SUBWEAR banking details will be e-mailed to you and appear once you click "Complete order".

    How does it work?

    1. Payment is due within 1 business day of placing your order.

    2. Please note that banks can take 3-5 business days to clear funds. Your delivery date will be updated once your paymenthas cleared in our account.

    3. Orders placed after hours, on weekends or public holidays, will be processed the following business day.

    Use this option to pay for your SUBWEAR order by Bank Deposit.

    If you would like to pay via Credit / Debit Card, select the PayGate or the PayFast options above.
